As advocate, a lawyer zealously asserts the client's position under the rules of the adversary system.

As negotiator, a lawyer seeks a result advantageous to the client but consistent with requirements of honest dealings with others.

Federal law permits entities such as banks, investment companies, insurance agencies and law firms to provide all their services under one organization.  The same law requires us to notify our clients of the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Our clients' privacy has always been of utmost importance to us.  We have many safeguards in place to protect our clients' information.  We regularly review our policies and practices, monitor our computer networks, and test the strength of our security.  Taking these steps helps us to ensure the safety, and to maintain the confidentiality, of our clients' information.
